Open letter to his Excellency Mr. Mikheil Saakashvili,

Dear President of Georgia,
 
In the year 1944, under strategic pressures of Soviet Union, Ahiska Turks unjustifiably were driven out of their motherland and replaced by Armenians. Up until now, no efforts had been made for their return despite the world people's outcry.

Finally you dear president, put an end to the injustice and helped Ahiska Turks to return to their home.

We, South Azerbaijani Turks would like to express our gratitude and thank you for your and your administration's efforts in this matter. There is no need to mention that Turks of Georgia fought against recent Russian aggression and gave their lives to protect Georgia.
We, South Azerbaijani Turks wish you and people of Georgia success, prosperity and glory all the time.
