Time To Help South Azerbaijan
Nowadays Internet becomes more and more convenient for more people around the
world and people use it to find answers for their questions. Among several
millions of websites in the Net, WIKIPEDIA is the best web site for
providing information for people. It is the largest encyclopedia of human
history. More than 340 million people use Wikipedia every month. And the
interesting part is that it is being written by ordinary people like YOU and
me!
But unfortunately, again, Persian racism and chauvinism shows up itself in this
valuable work. They (persian racists) are trying to eliminate or ignore our
cultural, linguistic and historical heritage. In some cases, they write our
historical and cultural honor in favor of themselves, and in some other cases,
they even try to distort historical facts, as they have been doing in books for
about 100 years.

For convincing you, I want to mention several examples from Wikipedia:
1. People of Azerbaijan were not Turk before Seljuk period!??!

And please take a look at references, it is obvious that persian in references
stands for Iranian! Moreover, What were a persian family doing in Azerbaijan (Ardabil)
about 1000 years ago?? Nowadays, you can barely (hardly) find a persian family
in Azerbaijan.
3. The origin of Tabriz name:"Tabriz=tab-riz"??!! It is the most
ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

4. Before Turkish language, Iranian language were spoken in Tabriz and
Azerbaijan?!?

there any other language than Turkish in Tabriz???? I am a Tabrizian and I think
Turkish is the native language of Tabrizians. Maybe persians know better than

Situation in farsi Wikipedia is even more worse than English Wikipedia.These are
only very small numbers of fact distortions by Racist and Fascist persians. If
you read these articles completely, you will even encounter with more insulting
sentences.
Our Azeri Turk Poets, Writers, Intellectuals, Scientists, Musicians, Artists,
Kings, etc. have been introduced as Iranians (or as persians?!?! It is
shameful). It is our responsibility to undo all these lies. We all are busy, but
we can enrich and develop all articles related to AZERBAIJAN and AZERI TURKS
only by spending ONE (1) Hour per week with the help of each other. If we start
right now, you will see what happen in next few months. WE CAN DO, because we
are Sons and Daughters of BABAK, SATTAR XAN, SHAHRIYAR, Parvin Etesami, NIZAMI,
MOLANA, KOR OGLU, SHAMSE TABRIZI, etc.
If you think AZERBAIJAN is worth spending one hour per week, make an account in
Wikipedia right now and begin to edit articles related to Azerbaijan, USING
appropriate references.

We should put aside "speaking" and we must start doing something. We are
really in a critical point, because Iran government is slowly reaching to its
end point, and time for establishing SOUTH AZERBAIJAN COUNTRY is coming so fast.
Therefore, It is time to help South Azerbaijan whatever we can do. My God help
us for making a FREE AZERBAIJAN.
